The Annual Support plan is to provide guidance to clubs through the gift aid journey. It is one thing knowing you are entitled to claim gift aid, but totally different knowing what needs to be done to maximise gift aid returns for the organisation.

The stages include;
- Ensure the club is eligible for the gift aid products being considered
- Prioritising the different gift aid products in to size and importance, and start with the most lucrative income streams for the club.
- Work with the club to structure HMRC compliant systems and audit trails for claiming on each of the required products
- Work with the club on marketing and promotion within the club to produce promotional materials and practices for engaging members with gift aid
- Work with the club for processing the required information into a compliant submission to HMRC
- Work with the club to submit Gift Aid claims
