Ongoing Support Plans

The Support Plans provide guidance to clubs through the gift aid journey. It is one thing knowing you are entitled to claim gift aid, but totally different knowing what needs to be done to maximise gift aid returns for the organisation.
If you are unsure whether or not your club should be claiming gift aid, or how your club should be claiming gift aid. Which of your clubs activities and income streams can be used, and which shouldn’t, then please consider the gift aid review service prior to the annual support plan.

Option 1– we give advice and guidance to the club, but the club caries out all of the gift aid activities. Up to 20 hours of support in the year- £50 per month/ or £500 per annum.

Option 2– we work with the club to support and help implement projects
Charged at £50 per month/or £500 per annum, plus 10% of income generated through the projects. Commission will be charged on the gift aid income, plus the income generated for GASDS and any sponsored events we are involved with.

Option 3– we work with the club to support and help implement projects
Charged at 20% of income generated through the projects in year 1. Commission will be charged on the gift aid and gift aid income for GASDS, plus the income generated for GASDS and any sponsored events we are involved with.

We would work with the club to agree the gift aid activities, but we would hope to include initially;
• Private donations received
• Membership payments (for claiming on the basic administration or donation element)- Help to compile the relevant information. Complete and submit the claims to HMRC
• GASDS- work with the club to design and run small donations projects to achieve the £8000 target. Submit gift aid claims for the additional funding.
Once these are progressing, we would look to consider other gift aid tools for consideration, such as Sponsored Events.

In addition to the above, we would provide ongoing support to the club with any HMRC enquiries for the duration of the agreement.
