Gift Aid Implementation Planning

The implementation plan is to provide guidance to clubs through the gift aid journey. It is one thing knowing you are entitled to claim gift aid, or the amount you might be able to claim, but totally different knowing what needs to be done to submit a claim.

If you are unsure whether or not your club should be claiming gift aid, or how your club should be claiming gift aid. Which of your clubs activities and income streams can be used, and which shouldn’t, then please consider the gift aid review service prior to implementation planning.

Our Planning Service
The purpose of the session is to work with a club to establish an implementation
plan for structuring and submitting gift aid claims. The plan will highlight;

  • HMRC requirements which need to be put in place
  • Auditing process
  • Information needed
  • Paperwork and documentation preparation
  • Final clarification on what can be claimed
  • Required actions for implementing specific gift aid claims
  • Establishment of an action plan for completing a claim

It will allow clubs to create a meaningful implementation plan on which to base actions and activities within the club, to better direct personnel and increase the likelihood of the gift aid project being actioned correctly.
